Curtis Busby focuses his practice on defending automobile manufacturers in products liability claims in Arizona, Nevada and the Southwestern United States.  He has handled high exposure claims involving personal injury and wrongful death.

While at Brigham Young University, Curtis authored Asset Purchasers as Potentially Responsible Parties Under Superfund, 12 BYU J. Pub L. 2 (1998) and was the recipient of the John S. Welch Award for Outstanding Legal Writing in 1998. Curtis also interned in Washington D. C. with Senator John McCain.

When he is not trying cases, Curtis can be spotted on Lake Powell where he pursues his favorite hobby: water skiing. He also enjoys spending time with his family including his daughter and 20 nieces and nephews.
