Infused with energy, Dana Hathaway's product liability practice includes defending claims brought against manufacturers involving property damage and personal injury. Concentrating on primarily automotive clients including Kia, Honda and Ford, Dana's practice also includes asbestos litigation.

She launched her legal career at Bowman and Brooke as a law clerk. Dana acquired significant litigation experience by assisting with trial preparation, conducting extensive legal research and analysis for many jurisdictions and drafting motions and legal memos.

While attending law school, she landed an externship with Judge Patricia Fresard. In this role she performed legal research and writing, while gaining courtroom experience, in addition to performing research and analysis of various legal issues.

Dana applied her experience to numerous pro bono matters, as she represented members of her community in matters involving a wide-range of issues, including family law, contract disputes, foreclosure and probating estates.
