Jennifer Huelskoetter is a litigator who defends and advises businesses. She has represented automobile manufacturers against high-exposure product liability injury and wrongful death claims, motor vehicle warranty claims (lemon law) and property damage claims. Her work experience has also included defending construction defect claims relating to EIFS and mold.

Jennifer can hit the ground running as she has experience in all aspects of a case, including presuit consulting, written discovery, fact and expert depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement negotiations and trial. She is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and has tried cases in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota.

Jennifer is a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers and is active in its Professional Development Committee and Attorney Mentor Program.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three Bichons.
