Larry Ramsey routinely defends corporations in complex civil litigation, including product liability claims, as well as employment, business and insurance disputes. Larry has been lead counsel in more than 25 trials in courts throughout California, and has presented numerous briefs and arguments to appellate courts throughout his career.

Larry has successfully defended allegations of medical and other professional malpractice, as well as claims of defect involving electrical products, elevators and escalators, oil field equipment, pharmaceutical products and agricultural and food processing machinery.

He has represented employers in a variety of wrongful discharge and employment disputes at the administrative, state and federal court levels. He has also been trial counsel on breach of trust claims, coverage disputes and commercial litigation.
