William F. Auther
Phoenix, Arizona
Will Auther's practice is focused on high stakes trials in the areas of complex products liability litigation and in commercial and construction litigation. He primarily represents manufacturers and suppliers in their most sensitive and significant cases throughout the entire United States.
Will has represented clients in the following industries: automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, chemical products, asbestos, aviation, product packaging and all-terrain vehicle manufacturers. He has defended his corporate clients against all sorts of highly technical and complex claims that include crashworthiness, seat belts, chemical exposure, burns, rollover/roof crush, brakes, airbags and electrical fires. Many of the cases have involved large document production against aggressive, well-financed plaintiff's counsel.
In 2003 and 2004, Will was a faculty speaker at the State Bar of Arizona Annual Convention on the topic of Civil Jury Instructions. He has had numerous other faculty speaking engagements including the Arizona Trial College and the American Bar Association.
