Highly motivated and very personable, Yitzhak Hussein applies his legal experience and business knowledge to his trial practice, focusing on defending motor vehicle warranty and product liability matters, including pharmaceutical cases in Minnesota.
Yitzhak's polished research skills shine through his experience acquired via positions as a legal intern, student attorney and contract attorney. Preparing and drafting pleadings, including motions, interrogatories and subpoenas, and assisting senior counsel with a variety of matters were several of the topics in which he was involved.
He is very astute relative to business issues, primarily due to his business school experience and eagerness to tackle business issues. Through the application of a background consisting of financial analysis, client contract assessment and familiarity with management strategies, he operated a moderately successful business.
While in law school, he served as a volunteer student attorney in the DC Law Students in Court Program. In this role, he made weekly court appearances on behalf of low-income residents relative to housing disputes.
