Nicole DiNardo focuses her practice on defending automotive manufacturers in product liability and breach of warranty litigation. She also has experience in cases involving children and product liability litigation. In 2004, Nicole won a defense verdict as a second-chair attorney in a product liability action involving an alleged defective steering knuckle.
As part of a national discovery counsel team, Nicole handled the responses and day-to-day needs for a major automotive manufacturer. She was responsible for responding to all aspects of discovery regarding safety belt allegations.
Recognized for her dedication to helping others, Nicole was named Michigan Legal Aid and Defender Association's 2005 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year for improving the lives of several clients throughout pro bono representation. For example, in one of her cases, she helped a 79 year-old widow get back over $10,000 she paid for home repairs that were never performed.
