Rebecca Herbig's nationwide litigation practice focuses on the defense of automobile and other manufacturers in product liability actions.   She also handles litigation related to the medical field.  Her areas of focus include: reclined seat litigation, restraint system failure litigation, child safety litigation, rollover litigation and medical malpractice.

Rebecca is well-versed in all stages of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial and trial practice.  Early in her career, Rebecca third-chaired a catastrophic injury product liability action.  She has also handled a number of other trials in both the first- and second-chair capacity.  Rebecca prides herself on attention to detail and fostering strong and successful relationships.

Rebecca is also highly committed to the professional organizations of which she is a member. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Young Lawyer's Section of the Richmond Bar Association. She is a familiar face at DRI and VADA events, both as a presenter and attendee and firmly believes in the importance of collegiality in the legal profession.
