Renee Konigsberg's practice focuses on the defense of manufacturers of off-road recreational vehicles, including restraint system failure, rollover litigation, and design defect claims.
Renee is well-versed in all stages of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial and trial practice. Prior to joining Bowman and Brooke, Renee first- and second-chaired construction defect trials, represented architects, engineers, lawyers, and financial planners in professional errors and omissions claims, as well as handled employment litigation and general liability matters.
