Shane Bohnen concentrates his practice on defending medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in cases across the country. Shane has worked on cases involving Investigational Devices in clinical trials, as well as Class I, II and III (both PMA and 510(k)) medical devices.  Shane has defended pharmaceutical cases involving generics, branded, OTC and Rx medications. 

Shane also has experience in other highly regulated industries, defending nursing homes against negligence and malpractice claims, and defending employers against discrimination, harassment and wage hour claims.  Outside of the courtroom, Shane spends most of his time with his wife, his dog, and his grill.
